Standard Specifications of EtE’s Designed Power Generators
• Electrotech Engineering Gen Sets are powered by Toyota, Perkins, Cummins based water cooled gasoline/ diesel engines rated at 1545 rev/min for long, continuous and reliable operation.
• All generating set connections (fuel, cooling water, battery, exhaust and cooling air) are brought to the outside of the frame for quick and easy installation
• All Gensets feature heat exchanger based cooling, with 4-5 layered heavy duty cupro-nickel radiator tubes which reinforce their level of reliability and durability.
• 12 volt manual/ automatic electric start system and stop solenoid valve.
• Precise mechanical Speed governor to control engine speed according to the requirements of output power consumption.
• General spares and refills like the Oil Seals, Rings etc, Rubberized Coupling, Governor oil, Engine oil, oil/air filters are easily accessible and are widely available.
• The generator is self regulating and self excited and is complete with Analogue or Digital Panel box.
• Engine and generator are close coupled together with rubberized or direct couplings and mounted on substantial galvanized steel tampered box feet with built in failsafe anti-vibration mountings to isolate the set.
• The engine and the alternator are painted with wipe-clean industrial yellow enamel, while the skid, the manifuel and exhaust emission pipe is painted with boiler class hard black paint.
• Combined start, changeover and shutdown panel (supplied loose with protective circuit breaker). Panel includes Start/Stop control, auto/manual toggle switch, Indicators with shutdown on fault off low lubricating oil pressure and high coolant temperature and an hour’s run meter.
